Recently I was approved to present at the 2023 NASPA Conference for Racial Equity & Social Change in Washington, DC this upcoming December. I will be presenting on how CliftonStrengths can be used as a leadership tool to advance racial equity.
Living Learning Communities
Through building innovative campus partnerships rooted in student development theory and practice, I am currently leading efforts to establish new Living Learning Communities within our residence halls to launch in Fall 2024.

I currently sit on the New York Kiwanis Strategic Planning committee and am also leading my department's efforts for strategic planning in my full time role.

Working in higher education for nearly ten years, I am highly interested in the emerging research of how members of Generation Z are navigating an increasingly global world.
Equity in Education
I am currently conducting a research project on the New York City Salary Transparency Laws, and the extent to which these laws have influenced job searching in higher education.
Civic Engagement
In a world where democratic systems face countless challenges, I am interested in how emerging adults perceive and engage with political systems.
